Terms and Conditions

These terms set out the agreement between you and Betnjet Casino. They are organised by the stage of the relationship they govern — opening the account, funding it, playing, taking money out, and ending it — because that is the order in which the questions arise. Using the site means you accept them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble where you live. You must register in your own name, using your own details and your own payment instruments. One account is allowed per person, household address, IP address and payment method. Duplicate accounts are closed and any bonus balance on them is removed.

You are responsible for knowing whether using this site is lawful where you are. Our operating position is set out in full in the Casino Overview on the homepage, and you should read it before you register.

2. Your account

Keep your password confidential and do not let anyone else use the account. Activity from your account is treated as yours. Tell support promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it. Account currency is fixed at registration and cannot be changed afterwards. Names and dates of birth cannot be edited once verification is complete.

3. Verification

We will ask for photo identification, a proof of address dated within the last three months, and an image of the payment instrument with the middle digits covered. Verification is required before a withdrawal is released and may be requested at any time. If documents do not match the registered details, the account is suspended until the mismatch is explained.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

  • Minimum deposit is £20 on most methods and £50 by bank transfer.
  • Minimum withdrawal is £50, or £100 by bank transfer, with a monthly ceiling of £15,000.
  • Payouts return to the deposit method wherever technically possible. Where the method cannot receive funds, payment goes to a bank account or e-wallet in your name.
  • Requests are reviewed before processing. Approval is normally within 24 hours once verification is complete.
  • Deposits made without wagering may be returned rather than paid out as winnings.

5. Bonuses

Every offer carries its own terms, and those terms sit alongside these ones. Unless an offer states otherwise: wagering is 35x calculated on deposit plus bonus; slots contribute 100% and live and table games about 10%; some jackpot and high-RTP titles are excluded entirely; the maximum stake while a bonus is active is £5 per spin; and the welcome package expires seven days after activation. A single stake above the maximum can void the bonus balance and anything won from it. Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus is unfinished cancels the bonus and removes the bonus funds.

Bonus abuse — coordinated play across accounts, betting patterns designed to clear wagering without risk, or claiming the same offer through multiple identities — voids the offer and may close the account.

6. Fair play

Games are supplied by external studios and their outcomes come from certified random number generators tested by independent laboratories. We cannot alter the result of a round. Where a game malfunctions, the round and any stakes on it are void, and the supplier's records are the reference. Using automated software, bots or exploits against a game or the platform is prohibited.

7. Complaints

Raise a complaint with live chat or by email from your registered address. Include the account email, the time and amount of the transaction and any screenshots. If the first response does not resolve it, ask in writing for escalation to the complaints team. Keep the transcript. Because we operate offshore, the statutory dispute-resolution route open to Great Britain operators does not apply to this account.

8. Closing the account

You may close the account at any time by email from your registered address, or immediately through the self-exclusion tools. We may close or suspend an account for breach of these terms, failed verification, suspected fraud, or where we are required to. A withdrawable balance is returned; unfinished bonus funds are not.

9. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. The version published on this page applies from the moment it appears, and continuing to use the account after a change means accepting it. Material changes are notified by email to the registered address.
