Privacy Policy
This policy follows the path your data actually takes: what arrives, why we keep it, where it goes, how long it stays and how you get it back or removed. Every section answers one of those questions.
What we collect
| Category | Examples | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | Name, date of birth, address, identification documents | You, at registration and verification |
| Contact | Email address, phone number | You |
| Financial | Payment method type, transaction amounts and times, last four digits of a card | You and the payment provider |
| Play | Games opened, stakes, session length, bonus history | Generated as you use the account |
| Technical | IP address, device type, browser, approximate location | Collected automatically |
We do not ask for and do not want your full card number, your online banking credentials, or any special-category data such as health information.
Why we hold it
- To run the account. Registration, login, deposits, withdrawals and support all require it.
- To meet legal obligations. Age verification, identity checks and anti-money-laundering monitoring are requirements, not choices.
- To protect the platform. Detecting duplicate accounts, fraud and bonus abuse relies on technical and play data.
- To support safer gambling. Play patterns are used to surface limit tools and, where warranted, to intervene.
- To send marketing, but only where you have opted in, and you can withdraw that at any time without affecting the account.
Who else sees it
Payment providers receive what they need to move money. Identity verification services receive documents to check them. Game studios receive session data for the rounds you play on their titles. Supervisory authorities, banks and law enforcement receive data where we are legally required to provide it. We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass it to advertisers for their own purposes.
How long it stays
Account and transaction records are kept for the period required by anti-money-laundering rules after the account closes — typically five years — because deleting them earlier would put us in breach. Marketing preferences are kept until you change them. Technical logs are kept for a shorter operational period. Closing an account therefore removes access, not the underlying record.
How it is protected
Data moves over encrypted connections, documents are stored in restricted systems, and access is limited to staff whose role requires it. No system is perfect, and anyone who claims otherwise is overselling. Your own part matters: a unique password and two-factor authentication in the account security section do more for account safety than anything we can add at our end.
Your rights
- Access — ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — have inaccurate details fixed. Verified names and dates of birth need supporting documents.
- Erasure — have data deleted where no legal retention duty applies.
- Objection and restriction — object to processing based on our legitimate interests, or ask us to limit it.
- Portability — receive the data you gave us in a machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent — for marketing, at any time.
Send any of these requests by email from your registered address. We respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you may complain to the data protection authority where you live.
